Our guest speaker on the call was Tim Wainwright, CEO of Action for Disability and Development International, a charity that works to support the development of people living with disabilities all over the world.

The call signalled the launch of our September action, for which we are asking all of our grassroots campaigners to create new champions for the education of disabled children worldwide from the ranks of our incredible British Paralmypians.

Tim spoke about the importance of education for disabled children and the hugely positive effects it has on them, their families and their communities. He also spoke about the importance of creating high profile spokespeople for key international development issues.
